All of our nursery staff are qualified in Early Years Education Level 3 or higher and our staff have many years experience within the Early Years Sector.

Some of our staff bring their own children to us, which is a reflection of the high standards that we set and some of the staff also attended Tiny Tots themselves as children. 

Staff are selected for their skills and personalities, as much as for their qualifications. We encourage all staff to develop their skills, knowledge and expertise through regular training and we support them in taking appropriate childcare related and professional courses.
